Since quorum was not met last night at the Second Special Meeting, we were NOT able to vote on an Operating Expense Dues Increase. A Third Special Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 17th at 7pm. A quorum is necessary before our homeowners can vote. We ask that you make every effort to attend. Proxy forms are available in the Clubhouse Lobby, if you are unable to attend the meeting.
