Morning Exercise Group

Join us on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9 AM in the SRPN Clubhouse Social Hall for a motivating 45-minute video program you won't want to miss - and it's FREE!

We follow the lead of professional trainers on YouTube highlighting BALANCE, STRETCHING, and MUSCLE TONING.

  • We encourage everyone to exercise at their own pace.
  • You may choose to exercise while standing or sitting - or both!
  • Chairs will be available at each class.
  • We encourage you to bring 'light' hand-weights for muscle toning.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and BRING WATER to stay hydrated.
  • Monthly Schedule posted in the Clubhouse Social Hall.
